All Aboard Another Space Movie: Passengers (2016)

Because movie goers can't seem to get enough movies that take place in outer space (Gravity, The Martian), here comes "Passengers" starring Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Jennifer Lawrence (Joy).

A spaceship on a 120-year mission journeys to another planet, and those on board - over 5,000 - remain in sleep chambers. However, the two main characters - Pratt and Lawrence - wake up 90 years too early due to a malfunction in theirs.

Joseph Wright, who goes by film_geek on Instagram, says, "It's certainly one of my most anticipated films of the year. Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt look great together on screen."

Other than its leading stars, the script, penned by Jon Spaihts (@jonspaihts on Twitter), was a hot item in Hollywood since 2007.

The highly-anticipated scifi-thriller hits theaters December 21. Check out the trailer below!
