A wireless fish sonar that attaches to your line has been released recently. For those tough of luck or blind to the bottom, a product called Deeper Fish Finder is your holy grail.

If you're a shore fisherman or a small-boatsman the Deeper Fish Finder can make your fishing endeavors much easier. The product syncs directly with your smartphone and shows you the location of fish in the water. It works just like the trackers that anglers install onto their fishing boats for professional fishing. The dynamic fish finder is being marketed to kayakers, canoers, owners of skifs and cast fisherman alike. It will change sport fishing forever.

The first of its kind, the wireless sonar fish tracking device connects to your smartphone or tablet and sends sonar signals every eight seconds around its location to help you find where fish are located.

Sounds a bit too much like a dream, right?

Casey McKnight, president and COO of Deeper U.S.A., said in an interview that the product is meant "to act as a depth finder for people fishing from the shore--it acts like a bobber." The fish sonar floats on the surface just above where you line is cast, so you'll be able to see what fish are near your bait and whether or not reeling in is a good idea. "The way I use it is I scout around the area casting to see where the fish are," says McKnight. "When some pop up, I stay there." The Deeper fish finder can be found on Amazon and it costs $196.
