I Don't Need Help

In a previous post I wrote about cleansing crystals of the energy they take from us. Would you believe me if I told you that there were some crystals who cleanse themselves? Such crystals do still require periodic cleansing as a reset, but they do almost all of the work for you.

Featured left is a piece of blue kyanite (pronounce the "y" like "eye"). It can take negative energy and transform it into positive energy (www.hunterhealinghands.com), and it cleanses all seven chakras. Place it over the solar plexus chakra to align the other six chakras to it (Crystals by Jennie Harding).

Other stones are selenite (opaque white when tumbled; less so when raw, featured right) and citrine (pale yellow).

Selenite can be placed in your home to cleanse the energy and citrine is good to carry around for inspiration (Crystals by Jennie Harding).
